Growing up in a single-parent immigrant family wasn’t easy. I faced bullying, racism, and rejection at every turn. Those experiences cut deep. It didn’t take long before I internalized it all.

By my early twenties, I was running on fumes, completely burnt out. I had nothing left to give.

I didn’t know who I was, what I wanted, or how to love myself. I was trapped in a cycle of eating disorders, anxiety, and people-pleasing desperately trying to be everything for everyone except me.

But rock bottom became my turning point.
